Our Warranty Policy
- 90 days new parts warranty
- call back: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
- We are not responsible for any misuse or damages to the locks provided and/or serviced by the end user.
- Returns are not applicable and bill must be paid in full at time of service
- 90 days of any labor performed – Unless parts were recommended to be replaced by the locksmith technician (example- repairs and installs)
- Call backs or returned services beyond the associated guarantee periods will be subject to a service fee at minimum.
- lockamith4NYC is not responsible or liable for any damages incurred as a result of services rendered and/or provided to you.
- Furthermore, we are not responsible for any damages resulting from weather or climate related issues and subsequent visits will be subject to a service fee for on-site services unless otherwise specified.
- Signature of payment constitutes acceptance of the above service performed as Satisfactory and property has been left is good condition
